The Rev. Dr. Kenneth L. Beale, Jr. was born October 4, 1952, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – the first born of the Rev. Kenneth and Anna Beale, and elder brother of Keith Beale. As a youth, Ken earned his God & Country Award, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and was elected a Vigil Honor Member (Order of the Arrow) in the Boy Scouts of America. Ken graduated in 1970 from Upper Dublin High School in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

Chaplain Winn enlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard as a Forward Observer in 1988, and graduated as the Honor Graduate of the Forward Observer Advanced Individual Training course in Fort Sill, OK, 1989. He served in Korea from 1990-1991 with the 2nd Infantry Division as a Driver, Forward Observer, and Fire Support Specialist.

Eva Zorn was a Hennepin County Senior Social Worker (1990-2017) and member of FSMCF since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Social Work from University of Minnesota; and Masters of Theological Studies (Magna Cum Laude) from Bethel Seminary. She has performed in orchestras and theatrical productions (violin & piano), and in vocal ensembles. Eva and her husband, Steve, reside in Roseville, MN.
Bev Johnson, and her husband, Johnnie, have been members of the Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel Foundation since September of 2008. Prior to joining the FSMCF staff, Bev’s professional career was spent in administrative and customer service management.
Carol Nygaard is a 2nd generation Chapel Foundation member. Her parents, Oz and Doris came to the Chapel in 1989. Carol was born in Minneapolis and is the oldest of 4 children. Carol’s career has been spent in the field of accounting.
